Why Damage Defenders?
Because we want you to be treated fairly!
Damage Defenders are public insurance adjusters working to represent you, the policyholder, never the insurance company. Policyholders need to have an ally who knows the insurance policy and how it relates to their circumstances. We give the claim proper attention and time which makes a big difference in the outcome of your claim. We work hard to secure proper settlement, enabling you, the policyholder, the money to make the needed repairs correctly.
We'd hired by most of our clients, because they don't the time, don't understand the process, and would rather not deal with the frustration of handling their claim. When you hire us, we'll document, research, and present the details of your claim. We'll also relieve the stress of phone calls, meeting with the insurance company's adjuster, engineer, contractor, roofer, tile expert, cabinet expert, plumber, inventory specialist, and endless other professionals they want to have look at your claim.
We hate seeing people being taken advantage of. Our goal is to get you the money you're entitled to, so you can make the proper repairs without stressing about the money to do so.
We only get paid, if you do!

Why Damage Defenders?
Because we don't like watching you the insured being taken advantage of. Insurance companies write the policy, send their adjuster, determine coverage, and these very same people decide what you should be paid. Seems pretty one sided. You should have your very own adjuster working in your interests....Right?
Who are we?
Public insurance adjusters(better known as Public Adjuster). As such we work to represent you, the policyholder, never the insurance company. Helping the insured since 2013. Got started in this profession, because I had an insurance claim of my own. A Public Adjuster knocked on my door, out of the blue (he noticed roof damage), I reluctantly signed with him. 6 weeks later, he got me paid and I repaired the damage. Recognizing the value and need for such people, I was all in.
What can we do for you?
Give your claim the proper attention and time which makes a big difference in the outcome of your claim. Work hard to secure proper settlement, enabling you, the policyholder, the money to make the needed repairs correctly.
How can we help?
We document, research, get familiar with your insurance policy, how it relates to your circumstances and present the details of your claim in a clear logical insurance way. We'll also relieve the stress of phone calls, meeting with the insurance company's adjuster, engineer, contractor, roofer, tile expert, cabinet expert, plumber, inventory specialist, and endless other professionals they want to have look at your claim.
When can we help?
We can take the claim from start to finish. This is the easier way, because we're able to give direction from the get go. We can also get involved once the claim has started and you feel you need professional help. If the insurance company has already paid and you're finding the amount was not enough to make the needed repairs. We can even help, if you claim was denied. As Public Adjusters we can have the claim reopened. So, bottom line, we can help anytime.
The most important question...What's our fee?
There is only a fee, if we get your claim paid. Otherwise there is no fee. We charge a percentage of the claim. Florida state law caps Public Adjuster fees at 20% for regular daily claims and caps it at 10% during state of emergency situations. Every claim is different. Set up a FREE consultation.
